The deposit totals 20% of the purchase price. On a $3,500,000 suite that is $700,000 (0.20 × $3,500,000), paid between signing and completion of the roof. The instalment dates are set out in the agreement of purchase and sale.

Fees are currently estimated at $1.20 per square foot a month, plus $225 a month for parking: suite area × $1.20 + $225.
