This website is presented by Daniel Kim, Senior Vice President, Sales, Sotheby's International Realty Canada, Brokerage. This policy explains what happens to the information you submit through it.

What is collected

When you submit the registration form: your name, email address, phone number, the price range you select, whether you are a realtor (and your brokerage, if so), your postal code if you provide it, the type of request you make, and the page and campaign link that brought you here.

How it is used

To respond to your request, arrange appointments, and, with your consent, send you information about 1 Marlborough and related real estate. Your details may be shared with the 1 Marlborough sales team and the developer so that an appointment at the presentation gallery can be arranged.

Where it is kept

Registrations are stored in Daniel Kim's customer relationship management system (Follow Up Boss), accessible only to Daniel and those who assist him. Information is kept only as long as it is needed for these purposes.
